Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped by Australia Post Standard Service. We generally despatch orders within 48 hours from receipt. Tracking is included with all orders.  

Overseas Shipping

All orders are shipped by Australia Post International Standard Service including basic tracking and signature on delivery.  Services generally deliver within 10-15 business days but may be subject to delays beyond our control/ We are not responsible for any delays once products are despatched but will assist in any way we can if delays occur. 

Any additional Customs/Duty/Tax charges applicable in some countries are not included in our product pricing and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
