Refund policy

Wonderful Collectables is committed to providing the best products and service. All products are sold with manufacturers warranty unless otherwise noted.

All returns must have prior authorisation from us.

Damaged/Faulty Products

We will accept returns for up to 30 days from date of dispatch for any product received damaged or incorrectly sent. Any return must be in original unopened packaging. If possible please send photographic evidence of damage via email. A full refund will be given including return postage cost upon receipt of the damaged product.

Incorrectly Ordered/ Change of Mind

We will accept returns for up to 30 days from date of dispatch for any product incorrectly ordered or for change-of-mind. Any return must be in original unopened packaging. A full refund will be given upon receipt of the returned product. The customer is responsible for return postage cost.
